Cyber Security Solutions Consultant – Nomios Netherlands

Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers through introductory and discovery calls, uncovering their business challenges, technical requirements, and future goals.
* Take ownership of solution design and scoping, building accurate Bills of Materials, proposals, and scopes of work that align with customer needs and Nomios service capabilities.
* Lead technical demonstrations and proof of concept sessions that bring our solutions to life.
* Manage the technical elements of RFPs and RFIs.
* Partner closely with the Sales team to shape and execute sales strategies, combining technical credibility with commercial awareness.
* Research cyber security market trends, new technologies, and pursue relevant certifications.
* Train and enable colleagues, helping sales teams build confidence in our technologies and solutions.
* Contribute to Nomios’ broader strategy and messaging, collaborating with marketing and the sales teams.
Qualifications
* Proven experience designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions from vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or Netskop.
* Consultative mindset, translating complex technical issues into clear business outcomes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of modern security architectures (SIEM, SOAR, Managed Security Services).
* Exposure to advanced security domains: DDoS protection, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Identity and Access Management (IDAM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Vulnerability Management.
Job Specifics
* Location: Hybrid role – requires attendance at our Basingstoke office.
* Hours: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.
* Travel: Travel within the UK (overnight stays) and occasional international trips.
* Requirements: Attend customer sites across the UK; full UK driving licence required.
