Description Record and Monitor student attendance Send letters to parents regarding attendance Make telephone enquiries Work with the SLT to track and monitor attendance Manage student records and data. Work with external facilities on lettings of school property Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students. Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures Profile A successful Temporary School Administrator should have: Carry an existing Enhanced DBS certificate A good understanding of office practices and methods. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and school administration software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high degree of discretion for both business and personal affairs. Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
