Key duties and responsibilities will include:
10. Contacting potential ‘SME’ business customers both locally and across the UK to book appointments for Field Sales Consultants to attend
11. Developing and sustaining a solid pipeline of customers to stay in contact with throughout their contract
12. Using Sales scripts to handle objections and increase volume of sales
13. Confidently holding conversations with customers from multiple backgrounds
14. Explain our market leading products & services
15. Handling and overcoming objections
16. Working towards targets and ensuring KPIs are met
17. Updating CRM system and arranging call backs
Ideal Candidate:
18. The ability to follow scripts but still sound genuine
19. The ability to defuse tension on a phone call
20. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
21. Positive, can-do attitude
22. Self-motivated and driven
