Key Responsibilities

Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Deliver consistently high standards of client care, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Provide guidance and support to junior members of the property team where appropriate

Residential Conveyancer with experience managing files from instruction to completion
Confident in handling complex conveyancing matters, with a clear understanding of compliance obligations and file management procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships
