Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (overtime available in busy periods)

About the Role
We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to join a growing logistics and events-based warehouse operation in Wellesbourne.
This role involves working as part of a small, friendly team to ensure the day-to-day warehouse objectives are met efficiently and safely.
You’ll be handling event and hospitality equipment, supporting stock movement, and ensuring orders are prepared to a high standard ready for dispatch to venues across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, practical, and hands-on — with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Receiving and checking deliveries into the warehouse.
*
Picking, packing, and preparing event stock for dispatch.
*
Rotating stock and assisting with regular stock counts.
*
Reporting shortages or damages to the Warehouse Manager.
*
General warehouse upkeep and cleaning duties.
*
Assisting with bar and event equipment repairs and maintenance during quieter months.
*
Loading and unloading vehicles safely (training provided).
*
Adhering to all Health & Safety and PPE requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
*
Positive attitude and willingness to support a small, close-knit team.
*
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
*
Basic practical or DIY skills.
Preferred:

Forklift licence (Counterbalance or Flexi).
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Previous warehouse or events experience.
