CMA is exclusively recruiting for our Christchurch (Hurn), Dorset based client who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their finance team on a permanent basis. You will play a crucial part within this well-organised finance function.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be involved in a wide range of transactional finance within a hands-on busy environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a person starting in their finance career and looking to develop and learn in a supportive business with fantastic study support and development incentives.
What will the Finance Administrator role involve?
* Processing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices and resolving any associated queries.
* Preparations for payment runs which will be signed off by senior management.
* Assisting in month-end preparations and starting to work on basic finance reports.
* Supporting in wider business office administration tasks including HR and projects department.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Administrator vacancy:
* This opportunity is well suited to a candidate who has started their AAT or a recent finance graduate who is keen to embark on further studies.
* Some basic accounting experience in purchase ledger and sales ledger is beneficial although not essential as training will be provided.
* You will be adept at using systems and Excel and be an IT savvy person.
* Our client is looking for a keen individual who is open to learning and developing.

* Paying an attractive starting salary range of £24,000 to £27,000 (dependent on experience).
