We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator/Coordinator to provide direct support to the Chairman and General Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of property projects, including but not limited to, woodland creation, forestry, in hand and tenanted farms, planning and building and renewable energy including solar, battery storage and wind farms.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the centre of our operations and you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, efficient communication, and successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the Chairman and General Manager.
* Manage project documentation, schedules, cash flow and reporting.
* Coordinate & participate in meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Liaise with agents, consultants and contractors.
* Track multiple project progress, highlight potential risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Assist with compliance, contracts, and maintain accurate records both computerized and paper based.
About You
* Experience in project administration, coordination, or executive-level support.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Pro-active, able to use own initiative.
* Strong IT proficiency, Microsoft Office essential.
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Discreet, reliable, and able to work in a small team.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Willingness to occasionally visit sites in Yorkshire, Northumberland and Scotland.
* An interest in renewable energy, forests and planning consents is highly desirable.
