An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Facilities Department for an enthusiastic team member for a Facilities Management Assistant (FMA) Domestic cleaner.
The post is suited to a motivated and experienced Domestic services worker to work at Knowsley Resource and Recovery Centre.
The successful candidate will provide a cleaning service around this division, ensuring compliance with National cleaning standards, PLACE requirements, and CQC standards.
The role involves:
1. Providing a high-quality, professional, and customer-centered service, ensuring all policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
2. Working to a high standard to meet national standards.
3. Working as part of a team with flexible hours to deliver cleaning coverage throughout the year.
4. Following an agreed cleaning schedule and completing relevant documentation.
5. Ensuring all cleaning equipment and agents are available and properly maintained.

Essential qualifications and experience include:
* NHS experience and training in safety, health, catering, or cleaning tasks.
* Experience in a similar role (cleaning or catering).
* Experience working in the NHS.
* Knowledge of the National Standards of Cleanliness and NHS Colour Coding.
* Experience dealing with people.
