Assistant Plan Co-ordinator
Location: Barnsley (Office-based Mondays and Thursdays minimum)
On rolling Contract
£12.59 per hour
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Plan Co-ordinator. This role is central to managing our SEND Consultation process, ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the SEND Consultation process
Manage and maintain accurate records and data using Excel and management information systems
Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
Support the wider team with general administrative duties and process improvements
About You
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing deadlines
Confident in using Microsoft Excel and data management systems
Quick to learn new systems and procedures
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
