Our client is a US Law Firm who have gained a leading reputation in the UK legal market, they are now looking for a driven Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing team in their London office on a 12 month FTC basis.
The main responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator will be to support the wider Recruitment team in manage the end to end recruitment processes.
Duties will include:
* Supporting the Recruitment team with the full recruitment cycle and coordinating all associated recruitment administration.
* Creating employment contracts and managing the external background screening process.
* Conducting right to work and identification validation checks for new hires.
* Working closely with both direct candidates and recruitment agencies, providing feedback and updates on processes.
* Writing and posting job adverts, using job boards and LinkedIn.
* Coordinate inductions for all new attorney joiners. This includes scheduling induction sessions via Outlook, preparing welcome packs, managing room bookings and schedule changes, and participating in the delivery of welcome sessions.
* Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments in the legal recruitment market, sharing best practice accordingly.
The Recruitment Coordinator will ideally have previous experience working in a busy recruitment team along with the knowledge of managing recruitment processes. It is desirable to be working towards a CIPD level of qualification along with experience working with people data and databases. The right candidate will have the ability to handle and prioritise competing demands and their workload. It is essential to possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills. The Recruitment Coordinator will be highly motivated, confident and adaptable.
