Responsibilities
* Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing equipment, access kiosks, operational hardware, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
* Assists site with hardware, desk, office, and boardroom setup as requested.
* Executes directed tasks for network or server support on-site as assigned by escalation teams.
* Provides first‑level troubleshooting and support for applications.
* Captures, stores, and updates in‑scope site information.
* Sets up, deploys, collects, and re‑images EUC hardware (laptops, desktops).
* Installs software and applications tailored to country/site specifications.
* Handles basic printing and network/server troubleshooting support.
* Manages local end‑user asset inventory and lifecycle of assets.
* Provides first‑level support for meeting‑room devices, including VC devices, projectors, and displays.
* Provides first‑level support for warehouse devices, such as RF equipment and voice equipment.
* Maintains onsite inventory of supported devices.
