Job Role
This role will take ownership of space planning across our diverse estate, ensuring optimal utilisation and supporting the Trust's strategic objectives. You will lead the development and delivery of space and change policies, manage space planning consultants, and implement CAFM-based systems that support data-driven decision-making across our property portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage space planning and utilisation across the Trust’s estate.
* Develop and deliver space and change policies.
* Oversee space planning consultants and ensure alignment with Trust strategies.
* Implement and maintain CAFM-based systems for data-driven decision making.
* Maintain accurate space data and support planning, restacking, and relocation projects.
* Assist in building asset management and stay up to date with industry trends.
* Support the development of the Trust’s Digital Twin capability.
Qualifications
* Technical expertise in CAD, Revit, and CAFM systems.
* Knowledge of healthcare planning guidance (HBNs/HTMs).
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Experience in space planning and utilisation management within a healthcare environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
