SEN Classroom Assistant- Frodsham
Milk Education are recruiting for 4 purpose-driven, ambitious SEN Teaching Assistants to join an exceptional SEN school in Frodsham Cheshire,to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible!
The school provided high quality inclusive education for young people with Autism, complex learning, communication and sensory integration needs that offers an educational provision for children aged 7 to 19.
This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
2. Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis when needed whilst responding to their individual needs
3. Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
4. Deliver catch-up sessions
Essential Qualifications:
5. Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
6. Must have a passion for education
7. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
8. Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
9. Must have experience using Personal Care
