The Role
As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key UK retail accounts, driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring strong execution across launches and seasonal campaigns.
This is a hands-on role within a product-driven business you’ll be expected to work closely with the physical product and wider team.
Please note: This role requires being on-site 4 days per week on the outskirts of London, so candidates must be comfortable with this level of travel and presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with major UK retail accounts
* Deliver joint business plans and drive revenue growth across accounts
* Lead commercial negotiations, pricing and promotional planning
* Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Work closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain and product
* Support successful product launches and seasonal campaigns
* Maintain a strong understanding of product ranges and in-market performance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within toys, games, gifting, stationery or similar consumer product categories
* Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills
* Experience working with UK retail partners
* A hands-on mindset and willingness to be closely involved with physical products
* Ability to build long-term, high-value retail relationships
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales performance and growth
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Able and willing to commute to the outskirts of London 4 days per week
