Aftersales Manager – Canterbury area in Kent
Our client is a busy main dealership seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to oversee their service department.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of the Service Department operations.
2. Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures to monitor customer satisfaction.
3. Challenging and driving the performance of the Service department staff.
4. Managing, coaching, and motivating your team to ensure staff satisfaction and potential progression.
5. Controlling costs for the department.
6. Monitoring performance against targets and budgets.
7. Managing the recruitment process as required.
8. Performing performance analysis to identify weaknesses and implementing targeted marketing activities.
9. Reviewing Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends.
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to be an ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group.
* Demonstrable stable career progression.
