The Role: IT Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure We're looking for a skilled IT Engineer with a background in cloud technologies and experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced technical team where no two days are the same. You'll report to the Service Desk Manager, providing high-level escalation support and taking the lead on critical infrastructure and cloud projects. What you'll be doing: * Leading and delivering IT projects with minimal supervision. * Providing 2nd/3rd line support on a fast-paced IT helpdesk. * Designing and implementing cutting-edge virtualisation projects. * Deploying and supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure infrastructure. * Configuring and supporting SAN technologies. * Supporting data protection and disaster recovery systems. Skills & Experience We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hands-on, passionate IT professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You should be someone who naturally stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Key skills include: * Previous experience in an MSP environment. * Accreditation in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104) or similar. * Significant experience with: * Microsoft Server Operating Systems (support & deployment). * Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and MDM solutions. * Microsoft Azure infrastructure. * VMware or Hyper-V. * LAN technologies, including switches and VLANs. * An excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus.
