I’m partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven business that’s entering an exciting phase of growth and is now looking to appoint a polished and highly capable Executive Assistant on a part-time basis.
This is a genuinely influential role, sitting at the centre of the organisation and working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being a trusted right-hand support, and takes pride in bringing clarity, organisation and momentum to senior stakeholders.
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of strategic support and operational coordination, requiring discretion, strong judgement and the confidence to manage competing priorities. The role will involve:
* Owning the collection and consolidation of monthly KPI data across multiple departments
* Producing monthly leadership and operations reporting, highlighting key trends and variances
* Attending senior meetings, capturing actions and proactively following up to ensure delivery
* High-level diary management and coordination for the Managing Director and leadership team
* Organising leadership meetings, offsites and strategy sessions (including agendas, notes and actions)
* Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, partners and senior contacts
* Providing central administrative support across the wider business
* Acting as the super-user for the internal HR system, maintaining accurate employee records
* Coordinating monthly payroll changes and liaising with HR and line managers to meet deadlines
* Supporting recruitment administration during interview processes
* Supporting internal events such as team days, company meetings and annual conferences
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects and customer-facing initiatives as required
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a EA, PA or operations support role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working with data, KPIs and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
* Experience using HR systems and a good understanding of payroll processes
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Absolute discretion when handling sensitive information
Benefits:
* £38,000–£40,000 pro-rata (DOE).
* Level of flexibility around working hours.
* Your birthday off – enjoy a day off to celebrate your special day.
* Holiday purchase scheme – top up your annual leave with an optional purchase scheme.
* Clear career pathways – support and guidance for progression within the business.
* Complimentary refreshments – tea, coffee, and drinks provided throughout the day.
* Fresh fruit and snacks – healthy treats available to keep you fuelled.
* Free on-site parking – stress-free parking right at work.
* Enhanced parental leave – generous leave policies to support growing families.
* BUPA cashback plan – healthcare support to help you stay healthy.
* Time for family moments – flexibility to attend school plays, sports days, and other important events.
