What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
* Leading service and ensuring top-quality dishes leave the pass
* Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and stock control
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Passion for British pub food with a modern twist
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Calm, positive attitude under pressure
* Confident running the grill for 70+ covers
The Details
* Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per year + tips
* Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, rota between 10:00–14:00 start, finishing around 21:30
* Team: Working alongside 2–3 chefs
* Location: Ross-on-Wye
