Working as part of our existing production team, we require a Packaging Room Team Leader as part of our shifts to support, monitor and meet production requirements and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth. Production currently operates on a Monday to Friday basis. Setting up line at beginning of production and ensuring it is ready for clean-down at the end of production; Ensure products are packed and labelled according to customer specification and adhere to quality standards, rejecting any non-conformances; Highlight any maintenance issues to the Boning Hall Manager and record downtime; Liaise with Boning Hall Manager on all issues; Be aware of and work to departmental SOPs; Identify improvement in production and cost saving methods; Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations. Report any accidents/near misses; Other associated duties. The Person Essential Previous experience in a Production environment; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Ability to communicate with others effectively; Experience of accurate record keeping; Good level written and verbal English.
