The Role Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative Hours: 41 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm Are you passionate about using your skills in property maintenance to make a meaningful difference in the community? Join us as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by ensuring their living environments are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Working at various sites across Warwickshire, you'll carry out planned and responsive repairs and installations as required, including but not exclusive to refurbishments, damp repairs, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, painting, landscaping and plastering. You’ll also provide multi-skilled expertise within the relevant trade area offering a high-quality repairs and replacement service, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all. We’re looking for someone with a City & Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 in at least one trade with skills and experience in a similar role, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative.
