The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends.
The salary for this full-time position is £23,842 per annum. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm.

About The Role
* To supervise the work of housekeeping cleaners to ensure the bedrooms and corridors have been cleaned to the hotel’s standards.
* To ensure the floor and trolley stocks are checked and maintained, ordering replacement stocks as necessary.
* To ensure relevant housekeeping cleaners receive the appropriate training & coaching to do their job.
* To perform a variety of housekeeping cleaning activities as required.
* To ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and daily checking procedures are correctly applied.
* To be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and proactively promote these to guests.
* To assist guests with any reasonable requests for hotel services.
* Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
* To maintain the security of bedrooms and stock, immediately reporting breaches and dealing with lost property according to hotel procedures.
* To ensure all equipment and materials are used correctly and report any problems immediately.
* To ensure a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene policies.
* Report any technical and maintenance needs.
* Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
* Any other duties as required by management.
