This will will play a key part in ensuring timely collection of payments from customers, maintaining strong relationships and supporting the wider finance team. Job Description
Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:
3. Generate and issue accurate invoices
4. Ensuring billing data is correct prior to issuing invoices
5. Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies
6. Resolving issues with clients and queries raised
7. Maintaining client records
8. Ensuring billing information is correct
9. Processing credit notes and adjustments when required
10. Assisting in preparing reports
11. Support with cash collection process
12. Support with month and year end
The Successful Applicant
Accounts Receivable Clerk:
13. Previous experience in a similar role
14. Knowledge of accounting software
15. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
16. Strong numerical skills
17. Ability to manage workload effectively
18. Strong communication skills
19. Studying towards AAT
20. Able to commute to our client's office in Nottingham
