Main duties of the job
As aDeputy Head of Healthcare,your responsibilities will vary. You will
* Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery.
* You will also provide day today operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations.
* Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements.
* This will be achieved through adherence to policies andprocedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence.
