We're currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. What You'll Be Doing
Owning and delivering the full digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, aligned to our commercial goals, brand ambition and customer needs
Leading performance planning, budgets and forecasting to drive strong ROI and ambitious growth
Overseeing paid media activity across search, social, display and affiliates, continually testing and optimising to improve results
Supporting organic marketing efforts through SEO and content to build sustainable traffic growth and engagement
Setting clear KPIs and using data and experimentation to guide decisions and monitor performance
Managing agency and partner relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent value for investment
Working closely with product, trading, brand, analytics and technology teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
Driving innovation and continuous improvement through new tools, platforms and best practice
Leading and developing the team, creating a high-performance culture built on accountability and results
Ensuring all activity meets governance and compliance standards
We're Looking For Someone Who
Can develop and deliver end-to-end digital strategies with strong commercial impact
Has experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance targets
Knows paid media channels (search, social, display, affiliates) and SEO/content marketing
Understands conversion optimisation, testing frameworks and KPI-driven performance
Uses data and insights to make decisions and improve results
Manages agencies effectively and works confidently across teams, influencing stakeholders
Ensures compliance and upholds brand standards
Leads and develops teams, prioritises work, and drives continuous improvement
