Job purpose:
The IT Project Manager will be tasked with planning, executing and overseeing all IT project related to our front and back-office solutions. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet the desired objectives. You will be assisted in your mission by the local team and by our team of experts based in Paris. Every day will be different. Whether it is working from one of our stores where a deployment is taking place, from the office where you’ll be able to meet with some of the stakeholders for a project review or from home when you need to focus on more demanding tasks, you will enjoy the variety of possibilities and the freedom in organising your own work.
This is a full-time position based at our London office, with regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Flexibility in working hours is required.
Contract: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist IT Director in designing the project roadmap
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
* Develop retailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
* Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
* Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
* Track project progress, adjust plans as needed, and report on status to stakeholders
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with IT governance and security policies
* Facilitate post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
* Guide users through the change and provide documentation, training
Qualifications:
* Similar experience or good knowledge in front and back-office systems (POS and ERP)
* Experience in project management
* Experience with hospitality and/or retail operation
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team
* Naturally curious and eager to learn
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and development
