This position would suit a Graduate who is looking to start a career in a global business sector, or a candidate that has some medical knowledge with proven experience in Travel Assistance and Healthcare.
The Assistance Coordinator will be working alongside the Medical Team.
Job Responsabilitites:
* Provide Assistance and support Clients mainly through via telephone and email.
* Calling patients overseas.
* Complex Flight and repatriation planning.
* Liasing with Partners and Agents around the world.
* Exceptional Planning Experience.
Experience:
* Have a keen interest in Travel, or has been travelling.
* Global Affairs -to be committed to researching and staying updated on emerging international travel requirements and restrictions.
* Excellent written and Verbal Communications
* Expectational attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
* Strong IT Skills, using Office Suite 365 Applications.
* Strong experience in Customer service and client support role.
* Extensive global travel experience
* Good understanding of global rules, visas and immigration.
* Language skills.
* Must have a Driving Licence.
