Who we're looking for:
Moneyfarm is growing and evolving. We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable professional to support our Operations team and take on day-to-day responsibility for all operations processes relating to our business in the UK. At Moneyfarm, we make investment advice accessible to everyone in a simple and transparent way. Whilst we are a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business model is our "hybrid" approach of combining our digital service with a human touch.
This role is a fixed-term position for 6 months and requires working in our office two days per week.
Responsibilities
4. Perform KYC and AML checks
5. Account activation management
6. Account closure management
7. Support customers reporting
8. Support for internal stakeholders’ queries
9. ISA transfer management
10. Support billing calculation
11. Day-to-day management of client cash inflows/outflows
12. Support the asset transfer process
13. Support regulatory and client reporting
14. Verify and maintain data quality in systems
15. Produce report and metrics
Requirements
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Solid Microsoft Office Excel skills
18. 1-2 years of experience in relevant roles
19. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
20. Proactivity and passion for improving status quo
Nice to have
21. Experience in fintech / wealth management
22. Use of SQL
23. Bachelor’s degree (Economic / Accounting / Law)
