About The Role
As a Registered General Nurse you will be required to hold a valid NMC Pin and provide the details to Shaftesbury. Your duties will include ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all people supported. You will be involved in assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation. New Court Place, Hertfordshire, is a residential home with nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, plus respite care and services for 16-18 year olds. Our home is a large accessible building with modern facilities and daily nursing care.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents across assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver person-centred care that supports residents to live full and flourishing lives.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
* Valid NMC Pin; ability to provide details to Shaftesbury.
