About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing our presence in the wholesale channel, representing the iconic Nestlé brand. This is about strategic territory ownership. You will build strong relationships, drive sales and protect the Nestlé brand in depots.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Relationship Building – become a trusted advisor to Depot Managers and key stakeholders, ensuring Nestlé is their first thought for every promotion.
* Data‑Driven Influence – use sophisticated insights and sales data to spot gaps in the market, pitch, negotiate and close agreements that drive product availability and visibility.
* Mastering the “Big Win” – execute high‑energy activation days and trade events to secure secondary displays for New Product Development (NPD).
* Creative Execution – audit compliance, set up stunning displays, and report results with “before and after” showcases that highlight your success.
* Territory Management – manage your diary effectively to balance prospecting, depot meetings and floor activations.
* Reporting – use reporting tools to track your pipeline and prove your success to the wider business.
