Restaurant Manager

Employer: McDonald's Restaurants – 1581 Hillside Avenue, Victoria, BC V8T 2C5

Location: On‑site (work must be completed at the physical location)

Salary: $76,128 per year (annual) – full‑time, permanent employment

Schedule: Full‑time 40 hours per week, shift work available: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours

Job Summary

Oversee daily operations and staff management for a McDonald's restaurant, ensuring quality service, compliance, and profitability.


Responsibilities

* Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
* Balance cash, prepare balance sheets and related financial reports.
* Conduct performance reviews for staff.
* Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
* Organise and maintain inventory.
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
* Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide high‑quality customer service.


Qualifications

* College/CEGEP education.
* 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dependable, flexible, organized, reliable and a team player.
* Experience supervising more than 20 people.

* Accounting software

* Point‑of‑sale system
* Spreadsheet skills
