Unlike traditional technical roles, this position sits at the intersection of: Data & reporting Process improvement Automation & systems Emerging AI tools You will work directly with operational teams to improve how work flows across the business, building practical solutions that have a visible impact on efficiency, quality, and role will initially be offered on a contract (day-rate/hourly basis), with a clear opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
