Property Legal Secretary Opportunity – Uxbridge
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Property Legal Secretary based at our Uxbridge office in West London.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, mid-sized firm where you will be able to engage with people across many functions and develop a sense of belonging and purpose within our team. In this varied role, you will complete legal and general administrative tasks including preparing documentation for review and maintaining all files. In addition, you will:
* Undertake file management including opening and closing files, client onboarding, preparing contract packs and post-completion requirements.
* Answer phone queries and develop a working knowledge of client matters.
* Liaise with clients and ensure a good level of customer service.
* Assist the office team with general administration.
This role is based at our recently refurbished Uxbridge office which is ideally positioned with good transport links to central London and surrounding areas.
Necessary Skills
* Experience operating as a property legal secretary.
* Strong IT literacy with experience using MS Word, MS Excel and Case Management software.
* Ability to work in a ‘paper light’ office.
* Fast and accurate word processing.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills – someone who enjoys client contact, answering telephone calls and providing assistance as appropriate.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, showing initiative.
