Responsibilities
As the digital applications developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the RBFT digital systems are configured to meet our digital strategy, ensuring that best practice ways of working are facilitated. You will bring experience of developing digital applications and will be key to implementing system changes that meet the digital strategy and operational targets while keeping projects aligned with the Trust's aspirations. You will:
* Work as a technical expert alongside the Trust's care groups, clinical teams and system suppliers to participate in the design of new workflows requiring changes within digital applications.
* Analyse, document and configure the Trust's business change requirements within digital applications.
* Understand all current processes from an "as is" perspective within the specific work stream and contribute to design of the new "to be" processes, including process flows, documentation, impacts and dependencies, and configuration of digital applications.
* Understand interfaces between systems and the data exchanged, reflecting this in configuration changes.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures within the development team and work collaboratively with colleagues in the support team, back office Informatics and throughout the Trust.
* Guide departments and team managers through technical development opportunities and transformation; perform impact analysis and planning of new systems and technologies; assess changes to processes, organisation and information (electronic and paper reporting).

* 365 development, Understanding of web technologies, systems and architecture
* 5 years of development experience; proven ability to develop apps independently
* Excellent communications & relationship skills
