Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Full-time role starting from January 2026
* Earn up to £530 as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Consistent placement within one supportive Liverpool primary school
* Work with pupils across KS1 and KS2
* Excellent experience for those considering Education Psychology and other SEN pathways
* Applicants must hold a 2:1 degree or higher in a Psychology-related degree
* Any previous experience with children – schools, volunteering, youth work – is valued
* Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN, emotional or behavioural needs
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll help pupils thrive both socially and academically. You may deliver one-to-one support for children with additional needs or lead small groups to build confidence, social skills, and resilience. This role offers valuable, real-world insight into how psychological approaches are applied in education, providing excellent preparation for further study or careers related to SEN, behaviour, or mental health.
