Business Development Executive (Telemarketer) Aldermont Group Ltd | Shirley, Solihull (predominantly office-based) B90 4PD
Full-time (37.5 hours per week) - £25,000 per annum + performance based bonus
We are looking for Business Development Executive to join our high-performing team in Shirley, Solihull. This is not a typical call centre role — it's a professional outbound business development position where you will play a critical role in building pipeline opportunities for our Sales Team.
You will work primarily across our Private Medical and Group Risk offerings, identifying and engaging target prospects via telephone, email, and occasional networking events.
Key Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, you will:
* Generate and manage targeted prospect data.
* Carry out outbound telephone and email outreach to engage prospective clients.
* Build, maintain and manage a structured pipeline of follow-up activity.
* Book qualified new business meetings (Teams and face-to-face) for the Sales Team.
* Track KPIs and participate in performance conversations with the Business Development Manager.
* Attend occasional networking events to support lead generation.

What We're Looking For
3+ years' telemarketing / outbound business development experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to adapt approach across a range of industries
Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic Excel knowledge/experience
