Full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8 am – 5 pm.

Responsibilities
* Set the branch strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of the different areas of specialisms, based upon customer insights and profiles.
* Set a clear and inspiring direction for the branch team to ensure there is a focus upon improving customer service and maximising the customer experience.
* Lead, empower and motivate the branch team and encourage an innovative approach towards the provision of solutions for clients.
* Set and maintain a culture of ‘Safety First’ within the branch and act as a role model for WUK values and key personal behaviours.
Qualifications
* Previous experience leading a branch within a merchanting enterprise.
* Experience of directing and developing a team within a sales environment.
* Commercial acumen and ability to execute commercial plans to deliver profitable results.
* Demonstrable experience of aligning internal and external sales teams and driving a common goal.
