Cavan. This long-term programme offers the opportunity to take a key supervisory role across essential water network and utilities works, ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of critical regional infrastructure. You’ll work closely with project management and site teams, coordinating operations, driving productivity, and maintaining programme targets while gaining exposure to a wide range of civil works activities in a stable and forward-thinking environment. Proven track record delivering water or utilities works in Ireland. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors. Full Irish driving licence. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and quality delivery. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and resource allocation to maintain workflow and meet programme demands. Monitor milestones and completion targets to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget. Liaise with project management, client and stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve issues proactively. The Salary: The salary for the role is between €65,000 and €70,000, depending on your experience.
