About the role
At Coforge, we're hiring a Senior Regional Sales Director for the Salesforce Business Unit, following are skillset:
Candidates with 15+ years of sales experience, emphasising on net new business. Should have proven track record of outstanding success of new customer acquisition through consultative selling and selling Salesforce suite.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
* Responsible for new business development in the region - fully dedicated to acquiring new business through consultative selling
* Identifying the client's needs and expectations, and demonstrate the value Coforge Salesforce BU in resolving business issues for its clients
* The incumbent would represent the organization for new business and relationship development in the Salesforce ecosystem, allowing us to provide Sales, Services, Integration, and Financial Services solutions
* Generate revenue from campaigns and plans to penetrate competitor accounts, acquire new accounts, and build a platform to scale accounts into multimillion-dollar engagements
* Meet or exceed net new revenue, profitability, collection, quarterly and annual targets in the Salesforce BU
* Focus on selling Salesforce suite to customers from various industries i.e. BFS, Insurance, TTH, Retail & CPG, TMT, Health & Life science, UK Public Sector .
* Proven track record of opening and winning new client accounts
* Must have excellent track of successfully executing all sized of deals, that are multi-year
