Job Description Endoscopy Lead Full Time - 37.5 Hours Ashtead Hospital, Ashtead We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Endoscopy Lead to lead our high-performing endoscopy unit at Ashtead Hospital. This is a pivotal role responsible for the operational and strategic management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with JAG accreditation standards. As an effective, compassionate and visible leader you will drive the operational success of the team clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to the endoscopy team. Ensure compliance with JAG standards and support the unit’s accreditation and re-accreditation processes. Oversee service delivery, workforce planning, and resource management. Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support innovation and service development. Qualifications & Experience Registered Nurse (NMC) with relevant clinical qualifications. Demonstrable experience in endoscopy or a related acute care setting. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
