We are recruiting for a fantastic position, working for a dynamic and fast growing company based in Henley on Thames.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of workshops across the globe, assisting with operations, planning, logistics, materials and administration.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £26,400 plus a £3600 tax free bonus and excellent benefits, including a potential company bonus of up to 5%.

Monday to Thurs - office based. Friday - working from home. 9am - 5pm.

This role would suit someone with superb communication and organisational skills, able to juggle and multitask a varied and busy workload.

Responsibilities include

1. Support the Client Services Director on business improvement projects
2. Ensure all internal processes are documented and kept up to date
3. Manage and lead projects, with potential for external project management responsibilities over time.
4. Manage pre-communication with delegates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
5. Set up and distribute links and communications for virtual programs
6. Organise & maintain programs content
7. Book travel and flights for facilitators
8. Manage expense processes
9. Maintain and update delegate details in shared databases
10. Gather and consolidate program feedback for continuous improvement
