Salary: £30,000 - £40000 + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our commercial waste solutions division. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals in a fast‑moving, sustainability‑focused industry.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
* Generating new business across SMEs, multi‑site operators, and large commercial clients
* Consultative selling of waste‑management services including general waste, recycling, food waste, and bespoke solutions
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
* Building long‑term client relationships to maximise retention and upsell opportunities
* Working closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
* Tracking performance through CRM tools and reporting on KPIs
🌟 What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience - waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A self‑starter mentality with the drive to exceed targets
* Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
* Comfort working in the field and managing your own pipeline
* A passion for sustainability and helping businesses reduce their environmental impact
