The role of the Project Manager - Masonry Support Systems will involve:
* Project Manager position dealing with a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems
* Design masonry support systems (brackets, angles, ties) for brickwork façades.
* Review architectural/structural drawings to define support requirements.
* Produce clear design drawings and technical details for site installation.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to confirm solutions.
* Provide technical support to project and site teams.
* Ensure all designs meet building regulations and project specifications.
* Resolve site queries and coordination issues related to masonry support.
* Dealing with project sizes between £5000 - £500,000
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Masonry Support Systems with:
* Must have experience as a Project Manager
* Must have experience/exposure to metal fabrication such as welding, CNC, laser cutting etc
* Ideally have estimating experience
* Ability hit the ground running working independently
