Senior Bid Coordinator £50,000 per year | Stratford | Hybrid (2 days in the office) Are you an experienced bid professional looking to step up and lead? We're recruiting a Senior Bid Coordinator to take ownership of our bid coordination function, support the delivery of high-quality submissions, and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with Operations, Finance, and the wider Bid Team to drive winning bid submissions and help shape our long-term bid strategy. You'll thrive here if you're confident, proactive, great at problem-solving, and able to build strong working relationships with both your immediate team and wider stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators Manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission Maintain governance frameworks, bid libraries, and quality standards Coordinate bid communications and ensure consistent client engagement Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice in bid processes Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator or Senior Bid Coordinator Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Strong understanding of procurement and tender processes Proficient in Microsoft Office and bid management tools Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the Stratford office 25 days holiday bank holidays Perkbox - free coffees, cinema tickets, discounts, trips and more 1 paid volunteer day per year to support a cause you care about Supportive, collaborative working environment
