Commercial Senior Associate
Anthony Collins Solicitors is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver complex commercial work, support the growth of its commercial practice, and advise specialist sector clients across health and social care, charities, housing, and social businesses.
Responsibilities
* Conduct due diligence and advise on commercial documents (including warranties and service level agreements) within large corporate transactions alongside the corporate team.
* Advise on technology documents and provide legal‑style counsel support.
* Serve as the go‑to trusted advisor for commercial contracts and strategic advice to key clients.
* Advise on grant funding arrangements, service level agreements and other matters requested by our specialist clients.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated, engaged senior solicitor with relevant commercial expertise.
* Experience in health and social care, housing, charities, and social business sectors preferred.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently on complex matters.
* Previous line‑management experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop business and build client confidence.
