Responsibilities
* Prepare authentic South Indian dishes
* Incorporate fusion and Arabic-inspired additions
* Oversee daily kitchen preparation and inventory management
* Maintain hygiene and vegetarian handling standards
* Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
* Ensure consistent presentation and taste across all dishes
Qualifications
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience cooking authentic South Indian cuisine
* Ability to maintain high-volume production without compromising quality
* Passion for regional spices, traditional recipes, and cooking from scratch
* Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
* Food hygiene certification
