Job Description
Create design that connects, inspires and makes a difference.
You’ll join Marie Curie’s in-house Creative team that delivers a wide range of creative work across campaigns, communications and brand - from digital content and fundraising materials to print and video.
As Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing Marie Curie’s brand to life across multiple channels. From concept through to final delivery, you’ll create high-quality visual content that resonates with diverse audiences and inspires support across the UK. Your work will help ensure our communications are clear, compelling and consistent - strengthening our brand and helping us reach more people who need our care and support.
Your Impact:
* Create high-quality visual content across digital, print and video, tailored to audience and channel.
* Interpret and develop creative briefs, taking projects from concept through to final delivery.
* Ensure all work aligns with and upholds Marie Curie’s brand and visual identity.
* Manage your own projects, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
* Work closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues to deliver integrated campaign creative.
* Collaborate with the Production team to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Respond constructively to feedback and continuously refine creative outputs.
Key Criteria:
* Proven experience in a design role within a marketing or consumer-facing environment.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across digital and print.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with additional skills in video or motion (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Solid understanding of design principles including typography, layout, colour and composition.
* Ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging creative solutions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Based: Hybrid. You will work from home with 2 days a week in the Embassy Gardens office in London.
