Our client a major player in affordable housing, mixed-tenure and regeneration projects is on the hunt for a Head of Technical / Technical Director to take the reins of their technical and design function.
This is a senior, permanent leadership role where youll shape strategy, inspire teams, and help deliver communities that genuinely make a difference.
Responsibilities
* Driving technical strategy from early design and estimating through to site delivery
* Leading, mentoring and motivating a high-performing technical team
* Overseeing the full technical lifecycle of complex housing projects
* Ensuring smart, compliant and cost-effective design solutions
Qualifications
* Strong background in multi-tenure housing or contracting environments
* Deep knowledge of design management, construction methods, planning and procurement
* A natural leader who enjoys both strategy and hands-on problem solving
* Someone ready to operate at senior regional level

* £80,000 £120,000 DOE
