Position: TikTok Ad Creative Producer (Video)
Location: Remote but must be UK based
Salary: £30k - £35K plus benefits
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven TikTok Shop advertising creative to join our team full-time. This is not about generic TikTok content, it’s about creating high-converting video ad creative specifically tailored for TikTok Shop campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for leading TikTok Shop ad creative end-to-end: from concepting and production to testing and iteration.
You must have production capability.
We want someone who can think like a creator, but execute like a performance marketer i.e. creative that sells. This is a key role with real ownership: you will build and grow our TikTok Shop ad creative service, with scope to expand into live shopping production and Amazon video advertising.
You’ll also play a key role in integrating AI-powered testing and optimisation, helping us trial new creative formats and product angles at larger volumes to unlock deeper personalisation. There is also scope to expand into other creative areas of TikTok such as Live Shopping production.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and wants to make a measurable impact. The role is remote but you must be UK-based.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of all TikTok Shop ad creative output across multiple brands.
* Lead the ideation, storyboarding, shot listing, and production of ad creative designed to drive conversions and sales.
* Develop a systematic approach to testing creative, analysing performance data to refine and improve campaigns.
* Leverage AI-driven tools to test new creative methods and product variations at scale, enabling faster insights and more personalised ad strategies.
* Work with our advertising team to align creative with performance objectives.
* Stay ahead of TikTok Shop ad trends, formats, and best practices.
* Build scalable creative processes that allow us to deliver effective TikTok Shop ads at pace.
* Explore and expand into adjacent areas: live shopping creative production and Amazon video ad creative.
Requirements
* Proven experience creating TikTok ad creative (not just organic TikTok content). Portfolio of ads that demonstrate sales performance.
* Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, TikTok ad formats, and the role creative plays in driving ROAS.
* Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics, understanding what makes an ad sell.
* Comfortable working independently as a self-starter who can take full ownership of a function.
* Skilled in video editing, mobile content creation, and short-form storytelling.
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Must be UK-based
* Equipment and production support provided, you’ll have access to the filming gear, lighting, and branded backdrops you need to produce high-quality TikTok ads.
