Job role
The role is for a Leaving Care Team Leader to join the Through Care service.
The role is to deliver reflective supervision and support to Personal Advisers to ensure they are delivering an outstanding service to care leavers and making a real difference in the lives of young people. You will also lead on developmental projects to support outcomes for care leavers. The role is exciting and provides a direct opportunity to make a difference and contribute to positive outcomes for care leavers.

DBS compliance: This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?
A driven, experienced, and passionate individual who is keen to make a difference in the lives of children, families and care leavers.
You will be able to lead and manage a team of Personal Advisers to provide a high quality service to care leavers and foster a supportive, positive and empowering leadership style with a focus on relationships and a passion for supporting care leavers.
