Were seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Trainee Financial Planner. Development Pathway
The successful candidate will follow a structured 2.5-year progression plan:
1. Year 1: Complete all Diploma-level exams within 12 months while working in Client Services to gain a strong understanding of client management and financial operations.
2. Year 2: Move into Paraplanning for six months to develop technical and report-writing skills.
3. Year 3: Transition into a Financial Planner position with full client-facing responsibilities.
Salary Progression
4. Salary increases by £1,000 for each exam passed.
